You may only register one account per person. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual will be closed, and any associated funds or bonuses will be forfeited.

All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts. Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. No deposit fees are charged by mktoto, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

5.3 Account Name Verification

The name on your mktoto account must match the name on your Indonesian bank account or e-wallet. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits from accounts not matching your registered name will be rejected and returned to the source account minus any applicable processing fees.

6. Withdrawals and Payouts

6.1 Withdrawal Process

You may request withdrawals to the same Indonesian bank account or e-wallet used for deposits. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. The maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 50,000,000, with a daily withdrawal limit of Rp 100,000,000.

6.2 Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: BCA and BRI typically take 5-15 minutes, BNI and Mandiri take 10-20 minutes, and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are processed instantly to within 10 minutes. First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification and may take up to 24 hours for security review.

6.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

We reserve the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or unusual patterns. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions. You must satisfy all bonus wagering requirements before withdrawing funds derived from bonus credits.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Terms

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 8 times the bonus amount. Only bets placed with real money (not bonus funds) count toward wagering requirements.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

We reserve the right to void bonuses, reverse winnings, and close accounts if we detect bonus abuse including but not limited to: multiple accounts created to claim duplicate bonuses, irregular betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements, collusion with other players, or any other fraudulent activity. 8. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

8.1 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets are subject to the official result as determined by the relevant sports governing body. In the case of abandoned, postponed, or cancelled events, specific settlement rules apply as detailed in our sportsbook rules. For Indonesian football including BRI Liga 1 matches, bets are settled based on official league results. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win; if any selection loses, the entire parlay loses.

8.2 Casino Games

All casino games including slots, table games, and live dealer games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or real physical equipment in the case of live casino. 12. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of our platform. Upon account closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds subject to satisfaction of any wagering requirements and pending transactions.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to online gaming platforms serving Indonesian players. 15. Severability
